# Agentic Kanban pilot: the daily and weekly checklist

For the first weeks of trying the framework with your own agent. Tick the boxes; write one line where it asks. The notes are what make the next version better.

## Before the first day

- [ ] Pick one project and the people in the pilot.
- [ ] Write down a target, for example "less time waiting on my decisions" or "fewer tasks restarted from zero".
- [ ] Note a baseline for a few recent tasks: was it accepted, how many attempts, roughly what it cost, roughly how many of your minutes it took.
- [ ] Decide your caps: per attempt, per task, per week.

## Every working day

**Start (5 minutes)**
- [ ] Ask your agent: "brief me".
- [ ] Were the three actions the right ones? If not, one line on what it missed or got wrong.
- [ ] If three or more decisions are waiting, run a decision round. How many minutes did it take?

**During the day**
- [ ] When the agent offered to track work, was the offer useful or noise?
- [ ] Any collision with a teammate's work? Was it caught before or after?

**End (2 minutes)**
- [ ] Ask your agent to wrap up: resume points saved on every open task.
- [ ] Answer the minutes question: about how many minutes on decisions and review today?
- [ ] One line: what slowed you down today?

## Every Friday

- [ ] Run the weekly review with [the template](https://hamedtaheri.com/playbook/v0.2.0/templates/weekly-review.md).
- [ ] Read the four numbers: accepted outcomes, cost per accepted task (or unknown), decision wait, first-attempt acceptance.
- [ ] Check that each total traces to real records, and that nothing unpriced shows as zero.
- [ ] Pick one change for next week, with an owner and the date you will check it.
- [ ] Note which ceremony helped most and which felt like overhead.

## After two weeks

- [ ] Compare against the baseline: decision wait, attempts per accepted task, your minutes.
- [ ] Decide: keep going, change the cadence, or stop.
